Common Concerns Addressed

  1. How do I know that these COVID-19 kits aren’t fake?

Our COVID-19 Antibody Test Kits are CE certified and compliant with ISO 13485 regulations.

We have partnered with a UK-based UKAS accredited laboratory to offer the IgG Antibody Test Kits. The IgG Antibody test uses a blood sample to detect Immunoglobulin G to determine if a person has had COVID-19. This is the first Antibody Test Kit that has been certified for home use by Public Health England.

Our COVID-19 IgG/IgM Test Kits are for professional use only. This rapid blood test identifies the presence of Immunoglobulin M and G antibodies.

Please note that the COVID-19 Antibody Test Kits are different to PCR tests, which establish if a person is currently infected with the coronavirus. We have partnered with government accredited laboratories to provide PCR Tests.

  1. The kits are too expensive.

The prices of all of our tests take into account costs such as manufacturing, staffing and marketing. Furthermore, prices include a pre-test and post-test consultation.

  1. Are you donating kits to the NHS?

We will be donating a percentage of our test kits to frontline workers to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  1. Your Facebook page has only been set up in the past few days and has no likes or following.

Since we are a private organisation who are offering a private service, we do not normally promote our services through social media. The majority of our customers come from word of mouth, and from Search Engine Optimisation for our other range of services, which are aesthetic based treatments such as Cryolipolysis and HIFU Facial Rejuvenation.

  1. You are profiteering from the pandemic.

We are providing a private service to organisations, who may otherwise be waiting indefinitely for the government to arrange testing for their workforce. Moreover, it is important to note that there are costs for research and development, manufacturing and staffing. However, our principal aim is to distribute these kits as inexpensively as possible.

  1. 98% is not accurate.

98% is the level of accuracy for our COVID IgG/IgM Antibody Test Kits. With any type of testing, there is always a margin for error which must be accounted for.

Please see below for more information about the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the Rapid Test Kit.

Our IgG Antibody Test Kit is 99% accurate. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are 100%.

  1. Why are you allowed to offer the tests to organisations, but the government are not?

The government only have a limited number of resources, and as it currently stands, there is not a definite date for when government testing will be readily available.

  1. Where are the kits made?

The COVID-19 IgG/IgM Test Kits for the testing of organisations are manufactured worldwide, however, the conformity for these products is regulated by the EU. All products are CE certified and compliant with ISO 13485 regulations.

We have partnered with UK-based laboratories to offer IgG Antibody Tests and PCR Tests.

  1. Why is there a 2-3 week wait for the kits?

There is currently a 2-3 week wait due to the high demand for these kits.

  1. This is a fake advertisement, I should report it to the police.

Please note that Facebook have done the necessary checks for our page, and we hold all the relevant conformity documents for this test kit. You are welcome to report the matter, however, we are a registered company providing a medical based service.

  1. How are transactions processed?

We are using Barclaycard as our merchant provider to facilitate transactions, giving you additional security as Barclaycard have done their due diligence in order to be able to offer us their services.
